
Daniel began his career as an IT systems consultant and multimedia developer before trading code for copy. He has had more fun and relatively more success in the creative trade, amassing over 400 global, regional, and national awards, from Cannes Lions to Spikes Asia. His work helped MullenLowe rank #1 in Singapore in both the WARC Creative 100 and WARC Effective 100 (2023 & 2024) rankings and cement the agency’s place as a Cannes Lions Top 10 Agency of the Decade Asia. In many ways, with digital, mobile, and now AI being so integral in the industry, it's like he never abandoned his computer science degree—he's simply extracted more entertainment, and where possible, meaning, out of it.

I started my journey in the creative industry in São Paulo at TBWA. In 2017, I studied at Hyper Island in Stockholm, one of the most disruptive creativity schools in the world. In 2018, I co-founded Danger Lab, an experimental design studio based in Amsterdam designed to go wrong. After working in London for agencies like Mother and Pablo, I joined BBH Singapore.

Mae Ong is a Group Creative Director who left Manila in 2012, where her career focus shifted to digital. Now she carries over 15 years of experience, ranging from traditional advertising to social and content. She has led creative work for global brands including Disney, Nike, Netflix, Samsung, and Nestlé. Mae has given birth to a financially wise plushie, invented a new storytelling format on Instagram, created an investigative mockumentary TV show on Facebook, and garnered millions of views on YouTube and TikTok—all while picking up a few shiny recognitions. Life skills include lip-syncing the entire Beauty and the Beast movie.

I’m an AFOL content creator, and I love being around toys, games, and geeky things. My content north star is always creating value for the audience first, and never taking myself too seriously. My greatest achievements include a One Show Gold Pencil for a gibberish tweet with a LEGO cat, an ADC Silver Cube for white noise made using only LEGO bricks, and completing 100% of my Scarlet & Violet Pokédex.

After failing miserably as a rockstar, I turned to the creative industry and, over the past 18 years, have lived in five different countries, working on everything from sports, pizza, and beer to government, telecom, and pharmaceuticals. Along the way, I’ve picked up awards at Cannes Lions, D&AD, Eurobest, LIA, and Clio. Since 2022, I’ve been happily calling Singapore home.

Officially, I’m a Regional Creative Strategist Lead shaping social-first, creator-led campaigns across Southeast Asia. Unofficially, I’m a proud social media addict who gets a kick from transforming everyday moments into stories that stick. As a content-turned-creative strategist, I'll always love a good story on social and crafting campaigns with brands that go beyond giving creators a product to talk about. In my previous role as a Content Strategist, I conceptualized and produced the viral Singapore dating reality show 'One Week Love' that is now premiering on Netflix. Along the way, my work has picked up Hashtag Awards, Markies, and Marketing Excellence Awards.

Hi I'm Amos, currently Associate Creative Director at VIRTUE Asia. I create entertainment and experiential campaigns that help brands get into culture. Over the past decade, I've done work for a wide spectrum of brands - from global award-winning campaigns for Samsung and Riot Games, to local hits for UOB and STB.
